St. Anne’s School of Annapolis hosts a 5k Run/1 Mile Walk to raise
money for the school. It’s a great way for our community to come
together, celebrate our accomplishments, and support our programs.
we learned that one of our beloved members of the class of 2009, Sarah
McMahon, is being treated for AML, a rare and aggressive form of
leukemia. So, we’re bringing our community together to support her
family and join Sarah’s fight. The money from our runners’ registration
fees will be used to cover the cost of hosting the run, but all the
money that they raise through donations and sponsorships—that’s every
dollar you donate—will go to pay for Sarah’s care through the Sarah
also be hosting a registration drive on behalf of the “Be The Match”
campaign, run by the National Marrow Donor Program. We urge you to visit
their website and consider signing up on the day of the run.
